PuppetCon workshop
Puppeteer Presence
SOLD OUT!
We all know that puppets love to hog the spotlight but what about the people who stand behind, beside or beneath the star? Being a puppeteer is a big responsibility and having a strong personal presence is an essential way to add depth, richness and dynamism to your puppets inner life and performance. Through exercises that focus on breath, physicality, connection and vulnerability this workshop helps the person in charge of the action stay focused, alert and engaged with whatever the live environment – or a rogue puppet! – throws their way. Whether you aim to be a neutral manipulator or an active co-star, this workshop is sure to take your skills to the next level.
